# Decent plugin, questionable code and support

 * The plugins’s premise is fantastic. It can enrich a site with its functionality.
   For this, Well done ECS!
 * However, recently the plugin has broken a client site twice due to incompatibilities
   with Elementor. These arose following updates
 * The support system is poor and responses to issues are tardy. We also purchased
   the Pro/commercial version of this plugin and expected better support.
 * Something to think about before committing to this plugin.
 * If your site’s functionality or uptime is not critical, this may not be an issue.
   
   Hoping the devs improve testing and response time to support issues. It would
   make ECS a solid choice for added functionality to a WP site.
