 * In the logging og WooCommerce we noticed this error:
 * Error FeaturesUtil::declare_compatibility: /wp-content/plugins/eu-vat-for-woocommerce
   is not a known WordPress plugin.
 * 19 days ago we already submitted a ticket to your support (cause we ar a paying
   customer too), on 3 march we got a reaction that it’s redirected to the dev team.
   
   Until now, no new feedback.So, can you explain the reason of this error? But 
   importantly: also the solution of new launch of update.Thanks!

 * We’ve released an update last month related to this, are you using the latest
   version? WC & WP latest as well?

 * i am using latest version of the plugin (2.10.3, paid version) with wp core 6.5.2
   and woo 8.4
   this is what appears in my debug.log:**[WC_Logger – error] FeaturesUtil::
   declare_compatibility: /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/eu-vat-for-woocommerce-
   pro is not a known WordPress plugin.**

 * This plugin is already compatible with HPOS. Could you please confirm which version
   of PHP you are using? If it’s 8.1 or higher, that would be great.

 * so, i confirm i am on php 8.1 and i do not think its related to HPOS, since i
   am not using it still. guess its just a missing formal declaration within the
   plugin?

 * any news on this topic? i keep getting the same error and see the last plugin
   update was 2 months ago:

 * Hello,
 * I have a question: Are there any unnecessary copies of the plugin on the website?
   Please ensure that only one copy of the plugin remains, whether it’s the free
   or pro version.
 * Alternatively, if possible, please delete all copies of this plugin and reinstall
   latest version.
 * Please let me know what happens.
