SimpLe Viewer – This type of gallery does not have a lightbox and for this reason the gallery will not be displayed above the entire content of the page (overlay mode). Deep links will allow you to share a page with a specific image (active) in the gallery. In the case of the SimpLe Viewer, your page should have one gallery per page – for everything to work in a friendly and meaningful way.

But as I see you are using SimpLe Slider which will allow you to accomplish your task if you activate Deep Links. In this case, after loading the page, a lightbox will automatically open (overlay mode) and the visitor will immediately see the selected image. And also having multiple galleries on a page won’t cause confusion.

You are right, I use the Simply Slider, sorry for the confusion. I can now see that the trouble was that I had not activated the deep link in the global settings. I have now, and it works, thank you!
In regards to having the premium version: In the email I received thanking me for purchasing the pro version it literally links to this forum for support. What other contact form are you referring to?

So I have just bought the lifetime pro version
When you see a customer say that on this site then please immediately say to them something like
Hi! I can’t support any customers on this site. Doing so could get my plugin removed from ww.wp.xz.cn and possibly get my accounts here disabled. You would not want that to happen to me, would you?

That’s a great question. @gallerycreator doing actual customer support for anyone using the paid version would get them into real trouble on this site. Any email to customers saying come here for support is bad.

Dear, @jdembowski, I apologize for creating ambiguity in the answer and taking up your time. But it seems to me that the button in the main menu of my plugin with the inscription Contact is visible to everyone and does not require explanation. And the explanation of what Deep Links are can be useful to other users, regardless of the advanced version of the plugin. Sorry again for wasting your time.
I don’t think I understand.. why would it get anybody in trouble answering questions for paying customers? That sounds really weird.
