 * first of all I’d like to thank you for an awesome plugin!
 * There is one thing I am missing regarding the feed to post import which is the
   option to set a default/fallback featured image that will be shown if the feed
   does not contain one – just like the option to set a default image for categories.
 * Woud that be hard to implement? If so – I’d also be interested in a quick and
   dirty solution without overwriting the core of your plugin.
 * Can you guide me into the right direction please?
