 * I would like to know if I can set the initial display for my ticket list to automatically
   filter-out closed tickets. Right now I am seeing all of the tickets that have
   ever existed, and I can only see unresolved ones when I apply the filter. I would
   like the filter for unresolved tickets to be the default display.
 * Thanks in advance for your help.

 * Hello [@brettroby](https://wordpress.org/support/users/brettroby/),
 * This feature is already in our development queue and will be available in future
   versions of the plugin.
    Using this feature agent can set their default filter.

 * Hello [@brettroby](https://wordpress.org/support/users/brettroby/),
 * We have added the default filter option in the latest version (2.1.0) of the
   plugin. Agents can set their default filter in Agent Settings.

 * Hi [@nsgawli](https://wordpress.org/support/users/nsgawli/),
 * That sounds great! Can you show me the path to that setting? I can’t seem to
   locate it. Much appreciated!

 * Hello [@brettroby](https://wordpress.org/support/users/brettroby/),
 * You can set it in the Agent Settings. There is a button named Agent Settings
   above the ticket list. Please click on it and in the pop up there is setting
   Default Filter. You can set any default or saved filter as your default filter.

 * [@nsgawli](https://wordpress.org/support/users/nsgawli/), Many thanks! I’ve got
   the filter set now. This is a great improvement.

 * Looks like I spoke too soon. When I click the “Save Settings” button, the complete
   ticket list still renders. Even when I refresh the page, the entire list of ticket
   is still there.
 * It doesn’t appear to be working in my environment.

 * This only works temporarily. I have logged-on to another computer, and the original
   look shows all tickets.
