 * Would it be possible to have a configurable default image to display when a staff
   member doesn’t have a photo? This way styling wouldn’t be broken with lists of
   staff.

 * Yes, you should be able to do this via CSS Just set the background of the image
   class “staff-member-photo” to be whatever image you want.
 * I’ve been thinking about adding this as a feature of the plugin, though.
