Default image/grabbing proper image problems

I am having multiple issues with the image grabbing.

If you look here: http://www.mychurchresourcechannel.com/religious-news/church-news/top-news the default image is working. But this doesn’t even need default images, there are main images inside the article it’s not pulling.

Then if you look here: http://www.mychurchresourcechannel.com/religious-news/church-news/small-groups the default image is not working at all. But it is grabbing the proper image when it’s needed.
