 * Hi, I have set Chinese as the default language of my website (Engligh as the 
   second language) so that it will display the Chinese homepage for first time 
   visitors.
 * However the system notifications were also changed to Chinese as a result. Is
   there a way to set the default language of the webpage as Chinese but I can still
   receive system notifications in English? Thanks.
