 * Hi there,
 * Thanks for taking your time to help us.
    I have a simple question to ask. When
   i click on one of the tables that i set to dashboard by data explorer, columns
   sort themselves from oldest to new but by default i want to make this permanently
   newest to old. Is this possible somehow? Thanks again.

 * Hi [@sexcuk](https://wordpress.org/support/users/sexcuk/),
 * Setting a permanent sort/order is possible, but you will have to create the table
   via Data Projects.
 * – Go to WP Data Access > Data Projects > Forms > [Create Project](https://share.getcloudapp.com/mXu2wQl7).
   –
   Fill out the form with your details. – Click Submit. An [area](https://share.getcloudapp.com/d5unZjZ5)
   to add a page will appear. – Click Add New under Pages – Fill out the needed
   details, and on the bottom, you will see the field ‘[Default ORDER BY](https://share.getcloudapp.com/5zuPQo4R)‘
   where you can add something like ‘productName asc’. ‘productName’ is a column
   name. Here’s my final form entry: [https://share.getcloudapp.com/X6uQmGDA](https://share.getcloudapp.com/X6uQmGDA)–
   Click Submit and then refresh.
 * You can now see your table on your dashboard menu with your chosen sorting.
