Default Properties Page???

I have already installed the Property and Real Estate Management plug-in.
And I had to add new property.
The result is seen here All properties.

Then the problem is. How can I come out propertes on the home page?

You must have permalinks enabled to change the Default Properties page.” What does this mean?
