# default reset password function not working

 * hi I reset my password in my ecommerce site, it stated that the password changed
   has saved. However, when i log out and log in again, i cant log in using my new
   password. I can do so with my old password. Please help.

 * Hello,
 * Did you try resetting the password from Frontend or from WP-Admin Dashboard, 
   try once with Dashboard if you have access, or else it be the caching issue as
   I can see that there is caching plugin installed on the site so try once by disabling
   it and see if that helps.
