 * Default status for a calendar is “available”. Is it possible to have booked (
   or any other additional status) as default ?

 * Thx for feedback. If not wrong this detail isn’t documented as such. I mean, 
   before going premium, I must be sure I will not have to change statuses for every
   single date till the end of time.
