 * Is this allowed? I’m not sure how this free code thing works but is this allowed?
   Having another website simply change the layout of one of the themes, call a 
   Content Management System, and then copyright it?
 * I’m a bit confused

 * Just because it is using a theme/template derivated (similar?) from K2 – it doesn’t
   mean the backend is “stolen”. Have you download it? Did you check out its code?
