 * I am having problems uploading new themes, it only allows me to use the default
   ones. Can you please assist?

 * When I go into my admin, and go under themes, this is what I get:
    [http://www.futuregents.net/wp-admin/themes.php](http://www.futuregents.net/wp-admin/themes.php)
 * When I go into customize, it only has the 4 default themes available, and does
   not allow me upload any others.
