 * One small suggestion: to move all theme-specefic code from the wp-* files to
   
   wordpress_root/wp-content/theme/default. 1) it will make default theme maintanence
   easier 2) it will make one default theme example. Now user might have some more
   deep knoledge than it would need to have if the default theme created.

 * i kinda agree to that, it would be much clearer
    and perhaps if the folder “theme”
   is not present, it can be created using PHP and possibly changing the permissions
   too, i’m not sure if that is possible
