 * When someone creates an event, there needs to be a default ticket template automatically
   selected. Guests are not recieving tickets and I have hundreds of emails from
   people asking where their tickets are. You cannot properly scale using EventPrime
   without this functionality. How can you sell tickets to an event with a platform
   that does not automatically generate tickets?
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fdefault-ticket-template-selection%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * Thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
 * We fully understand the importance of having a default ticket template auto-selected
   during event creation, and have already shared this with our development team
   for review. In the meantime, it’s recommended to manually select a ticket template
   when setting up new events.
 * Your patience and continued support are truly appreciated.

 * There is no ticket template option on the front end form. In order to select
   it manually, we would have to give backend admin access to every user creating
   an event. That is not an option due to security risks. If there is a way to add
   the ticket template option to the front end form, it would be somewhat manageable.
   Without this on the front end option, guests will continue to not receive their
   tickets.

 * Thanks for the feedback.
   Currently, the requested feature is unavailable. However,
   we have analyzed and added the feature to our road-map list. It may be included
   in one of our upcoming versions.
 * Appreciate your feedback!
