 * Hello,
 * I bought Multi Step Form Plus. Everuthing seems working well.
   I need to specify
   default value for checkbox and radio button in my form.For example in step 2 
   the checkbox CGU shall be checked by default.I searched in documentation but 
   I did not found how to do ?
 * Would you help me please ?
