 * There isn’t a way to do it without using some php or javascript code. Off the
   top of my head I think the filter you can use to do that is called: wpas_description_field_args.
   The entire form itself is rendered via a file called submission.php under the
   awesome-support/themes folder.

   fields to our “powerpack” add-on. This way there is no coding involved for anyone

 * Obviously you can still use the filters mentioned above to achieve what you want
   but if you decide to forego the coding and purchase this add-on we can get you
   a beta with the subject/description field defaults in it.
