 * Hi, when creating input fields for names (to integrate into a mailchimp newsletter),
   the input fields show default values: “John”, “Doe”, … How can I change these
   default values?

 * I hope you’re well today and thank you for your question!
 * Those values are “placeholders” – they won’t be submitted and they are only to
   help user understand what kind of input given field should contain.
 * You can edit them though. To do that, edit your popup/slide-in/embed and go to“
   Emails” section. You’ll see the list of fields there and a little gray “gear”
   icon next to each. Click on that icon and select “Edit Field” option.
 * A settings popup will show and there’ll be a “Placeholder (optional)” option 
   where you can set your own placeholders for the field. You can do it for each
   of the fields used there.
