 * Then when i log into dashboard :

 * Open your wp-config.php file and move `define('DISABLE_WP_CRON', true);` before
   the closing `?>` php tag.

 * i cant get into the wp- config.php
 * I cant get int ot hwp admin area at all when singed in the only information available
