 * What is the delay between sending a message by a user and receiving it by a consultant?
   I think 5 seconds is too much.

 * The CDN issue wasn’t related to plugin itself, it affected the whole chat system.
   The issue was fixed long ago, so everything is working well.
 * Today we also updated the plugin and made it compatible with the latest WordPress
   version.
