 * Hi there,
 * when i open my website the pop-up shows right away.
    I have it set-up that it
   should wait 45 seconds before opening the chatform.

 * But the pop-up always shows right away. Any idea what i am doing wrong?

   as it delays the message itself, not the whole chat.

   and we will provide you with a script code that will delay the whole chat window.
