 * Does this plugin clean up its database tables and data when deleted? Second, 
   does it slow the server when left on to monitor site speed?

    Good questions, thank you. 1. _Does this plugin clean up its database
   tables and data when deleted?_ Yes, it does. 2. Does it slow the server when 
   left on to monitor site speed? Nothing that I’m aware of. Tested up 100 pages,
   both Single installation, and Multisite. Cheers!
