 * First remove any usage of the plugin from your WP project. Then, log into the
   dashboard, click **Plugins**, **Installed Plugins** and then **Deactivate** for
   the plugin you want to get rid of.

    I develop my own plugin
   and would like to delete it from the WP Plugins Public List.

 * That’s a whole different question and beyond what I know. I have not yet created
   my own plugin, thus no need to delete it.
