To determine your merchant provider, could you share the URL of the site you’re working on? This will help me give you more specific guidance.
To identify your payment provider:
- Go to WP-admin → WooCommerce → Settings → Payments to see which payment gateways are active
- The payment options displayed to customers will show which providers you’re using. I checked your checkout and noticed you’re using WooPayments, PayPal and direct bank transfer.
