I think the you are referring to the tracking cookies which are added by the Pinterest tag (https://help.pinterest.com/en/business/article/pinterest-tag-parameters-and-cookies)
The only way of removing those are disabling the Tracking conversions option on “Marketing > Pinterest > Settings Tab”
