deleting post

Hi,

I installed wordpress with the orange Nikynik theme.
I wanted to delete the default post which is “hello world”.
I did so in the administration panel and it was successful.
But when I go back to the forum, in the posts category, the post “hello world ” is still there. If I click on it it says it can’t finf it. But it still appears in the last post category.

Any suggestion to help me,
