• I just realized that my site has 24,000 users that are all spam users. What I mean is their email address are all something to do with porn so I know they’re not people that have visited my site. Is there a way to delete them all at once or easier than just 20 at a time which it’s letting me right now? And how do I block this from happening again? I am new to WordPress. My domain is allaboutkidsdaycare.com. Thanks in advance.

The easiest way to delete such masses would be via WP CLI: https://developer.ww.wp.xz.cn/cli/commands/user/delete/

If you don’t know how to access and use this, your hoster’s support team may be able to help you.

Thank you. I’ll look into these. I am not familiar with much when it comes to WordPress. Would love to know it all, but I’m sure that’s not likely-not anytime soon-that is. I was able to create a website though that I think looks pretty good. My hosting company actually said that they don’t help with this. It’s a developer issue and referred me to this forum. So, looks like inmotionhosting is not a very customer service friendly host.
thanks again for your suggestions. Wish me luck!

Nothing wrong with your host 🙂 It is not their responsibility to teach you these things. It is for a web desginer/developer to solve or for you to learn to solve yourself.

Are you seeing spam comments or are you receiving spam email?
