 * I tried this plug-in, found it quite hard to set up, and thought: OK, just delete
   it and maybe try again later.
    De-activated, clicked on ‘Delete’, got the message
   you always get: “Are you sure?” YES. And then this message shows: _Deletion failed:
   error_ In other words I cannot delete it from within the WP admin. That gives
   me the shivers. A plug-in that cannot be un-installed in the normal way is a
   plug-in I do NOT TRUST.
 * Sorry.
 * I have now deleted it manually via cPanel: deleted the plug-in, deleted extra
   file directory, deleted ip_geo database tables.
    BUT, that is not the way it’s
   supposed to be when deleting a plug-in! Therefore: 1 star only. Again, sorry.
   This plug-in might work well, but I’m really getting suspicious with this experience.

 * Hi [@frizzel](https://wordpress.org/support/users/frizzel/),
 * Thank you for your reviewing. I agree the UI of this plugin is a bit complicated.
   I’ll keep improving step by step with not only adding help but also user’s workflow
   point of view.
 * Regarding to “Deletion failed: error”, I’m sorry for you bad experience and inconvenience
   that forced you to delete DB tables manually.
 * But at the same time, I feed sad to read this kind of reviewing just said “error
   happened” or “not working” at ratings thread instead of opening a topic at the
   support forum, because those snatched a chance from me to improve the issues.
 * Before releasing the new version, I always test about the version of PHP (5.2.17,
   7.2.1), WP (3.7.26, the latest), server software (apache, nginx), multi site/
   single site, with/without SSL, some attack vectors and so on. And deleting this
   plugin worked OK **on my environment**.
 * Of course I know these testing are not perfect. That’s why the support forums
   exists.
 * I always respect the “fact”, and your review. I’ll keep contributing to this
   community. Only I want to say here is that we all have great benefits through
   the support forums on this open source community whether plugins/themes are free
   or charge, so that we can get a better world.
