 * Is it possible to have dependent fields in a form that are hidden initially but
   appear based on user input (checking a radio box)?
 * For example, a form has one required field with a “Yes” radio box and a “No”
   radio box. If the user selects “Yes”, the form doesn’t change and it can be submitted.
   If the user selects “No”, a second required field appears that can be completed
   and then the form can be submitted.
 * This can probably be done with a redirect workaround but I’m looking for a clean,
   single-form solution. Unlike the example, the actual form will have multiple
   fields.
 * Thanks!
 * Nick

 * Hi Nick the answer is not. That is not currently possible with this version.
   You could try and use some Javascript and maybe add some functions or if statements.
   Or you can create a [support ticket](http://www.fastsecurecontactform.com/support).

 * Thank you for response! What is the purpose of creating a support ticket? Would
   it put this functionality on list of possible features to be built in to a future
   version?

 * Sorry, but conditional fields are not an available feature of this plugin. You
   might consider Gravity Forms.
