No I still have the problem
I have to import a slide in order to view it, I cannot preview any of the templates and its not productive to have to import all the ones which I think would look good on my sites

Just to give you an update, I have tried this on 2 separate websites that are on different hosting servers and I get the same error.
FYI, I am using Divi Theme if this makes a difference? If you could reply back it would be appreciated.

Hi. Thank you for the follow-up. Can you please confirm the connectivity between your server and ours? Please see this documentation for more details on how to do that. https://depicter.helpscoutdocs.com/article/265-connectivity We can confirm that our servers are up and running with no problems at the moment and also the data indicates that our users are using Depicter without this issue on a daily basis.

I sent you a reply 10 days ago and I can see now that it has been removed.
So I will advise again, I can been able to ping successfully from the hosting server, so this is not an issue on my side.
I do also believe that your level of support is very poor and to give answers to advise a user that “it doesn’t happen for other users so it’s not your issue”… this in my opinion is just a cope out and a fob off to get the issue resolved ASAP..
This issue has not been addressed and to be honest I’m getting bored of it now as it is taking up too much of my time, you clearly have issues with your plugin that needs addressing and by the looks of it you can’t be bothered to look into them….
I will look forward to some kind of response probably in 4 weeks time

First of all please note that, when some thing happen only on one environment then the problem could be something specific to that environment not a general issue.
Second please note that this is a support for Free, with ww.wp.xz.cn limitations and rules, for example we cannot ask to provide us a temporary account to your dashboard so we can have a look. Plus we do need to give our paid users a higher priority in support.
Please provide us your log file so we can see what errors you will see while the issue happens on your site.
