Depicter Plugin Templates not loading

    Hi Support,

    I’ve downloaded and installed depicter plugin on 2 of my websites and both templates are not showing for both website. On one site I downloaded and installed the plugin from WordPress and uploaded it to the site and on the other website I installed it from the plugin option. But both do not work
    I am using Chrome and also tested it on Safari
    If you could advise it would be appreciated. I can send a screenshot if required
