    It seems that the plug-in uses a deprecated function, here is the PHP
   error that appears in debug mode : `[21-Nov-2018 09:03:36 UTC] PHP Deprecated:
   Function create_function() is deprecated in /.../wp-content/plugins/footnotes/
   class/init.php on line 61`
