 * Hello, when I try to log in to my wordpress website, it appear to me this message
   and it doesn’t let me do anything.

 * It seems there is a problem with two of your plugins:
 * – arrowpress-core
    – Ultimate_VC_Addons
 * Try manually deactivating your plugisn (no Dashboard access required) using one
   of the two methods listed below (also described [here](https://wordpress.org/support/article/faq-troubleshooting/#how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-the-administrative-menus)).
 * 1. Deactivate your plugins via [FTP](https://wordpress.org/support/article/ftp-clients/)
   or the file manager provided in your host’s control panel.
    - Navigate to the `wp-contents/plugins` folder
    - Rename the folder `arrowpress-core` in it to `arrowpress-core.hold`
    - Rename the folder `Ultimate_VC_Addons` in it to `Ultimate_VC_Addons.hold`
    - Login to your WordPress then go to Dashboard > Plugins `yourdomain.com/wp-
      admin/plugins.php` – this will disable any plugin that is “missing”, so in
      your case those 2 plugins.
 * 2. Use [phpMyAdmin](https://wordpress.org/support/article/phpmyadmin/) to deactivate
   all plugins.
    - In the table wp_options, under the option_name column (field) find the `active_plugins`
      row
    - Change the `option_value` field to: `a:0:{}`. **This will deactivate all plugins.**
    - Then from Dashboard you need to reactivate all plugins, except the ones causing
      you troubles – in your case, those 2
 * Since both of these plugins are outside of WordPress repository, after you regain
   access to your Dashboard, I recommend asking their developers to help you with
   this.
