 * please, in next update, replace the deprecated function `$wpdb->escape` with 
   the new one `esc_sql` in these files:
 * w3-total-cache/lib/W3/Plugin/CdnAdmin.php
    w3-total-cache/lib/W3/Plugin/CdnCommon.
   php
