You can do this for free by going to [screencast.com](https://www.screencast.com/), [zight.com](https://zight.com/) (or a service of your choice), uploading the screenshot and sending us the URL. You can also attach the screenshot file(s) to your reply. * (3) Alternatively, please could you debug the issue on your site further by temporarily switching to a default theme (i.e. Storefront by Automattic), and deactivating all non-essential plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Product Tabs and see if it resolves the issue.
