 * I updated to PHP 8.3, but have the following deprecated PHP warning:
 * PHP Deprecated: Nicescrollr\Admin\Includes\Nsr_Options::seed_options(): Implicitly
   marking parameter $settings_tab as nullable is deprecated, the explicit nullable
   type must be used instead in /wp-content/plugins/nicescrollr/admin/includes/class-
   options.php on line 1152
