# Deprecated.php

 * I upgraded and this is the error message I received:
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare
   debug_fopen() (previously declared in /home/thecover/public_html/wp-includes/
   functions.php:1133) in /home/thecover/public_html/wp-includes/deprecated.php 
   on line 2883
 * I tried the manual reinstall of 3.4 but to no avail. I reinstalled 3.2, and ditto.
 * I removed deprecated.php, and nothing.
 * Suggestions?

 * I put the deprecated file back in, and now I get the message:
    Fatal error: Call
   to undefined function get_front_page_template() in /home/thecover/public_html/
   wp-includes/template-loader.php on line 26
 * Any suggestions?
