 * So I have successfully minified, concatenated and cached the js but the original
scripts are still being enqueued in the footer – I had assumed that your plugin
   would then auto dequeue them.
 * Do I need to manually dequeue them, or is there an option to do so within your
plugin? Furthermore, if I have to dequeue the scripts can I simply comment out
the enqueue script function or do I have to write the wp_dequeue_scripts function.
 * For some additional info in the minify/js section I have manually added the urls
to the various script files that I wanted to minify and cache
 * any guidance here would be appreciated.
