Description for player

The plugin would really benefit from the option of customising a text description above the player. Whether it is placed above or below an article on busy sites it is not immediately clear to readers that this is an audio version of a post or article. It would be really helpful if authors could add a descriptive line at the top (something like “listen to the audio version of this article”) and maybe even style the player a little bit so it sticks out but still matches the site design. Thanks for keeping up the good work!
