Dear Elementor Support Team,

I am writing to request your assistance with an issue I am experiencing after updating Elementor on my website. I have updated the plugin to the latest version, but I am still seeing the old Elementor design on my website.

I have tried clearing my browser cache, deactivating and reactivating Elementor, checking for plugin conflicts, switching to a default WordPress theme, updating WordPress, and reinstalling Elementor. However, the issue still persists.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me troubleshoot and resolve this issue as soon as possible, as it is affecting my ability to create and maintain my website with Elementor.

Please let me know if there is any additional information I can provide to help you investigate this issue.

it would be helpful to provide a screenshot of the issue. If you see the design differently on the live page and editor mode, please follow these steps: https://elementor.com/help/changes-dont-appear-online. Also, try activating the Hello Elementor theme and check if that will help.

I cannot see on the screenshot what the issue is, the design looks good, and it is the same in the editor and on the live page. It would be helpful to provide more details about the issue and let us know what result you want to achieve or what changes you want to make so we can check that further

Hi

When it comes to the design of the Elementor editor, a new color scheme for Elementor – the Editor and other Elementor screens is introduced in version 3.12. Inside Site Settings > User Preferences, you can choose between light and dark versions. Regarding the top bar: https://prnt.sc/yqrXVXDxBjpu that is also a recent feature, which can be enabled/disabled under the Elementor > Settings > Features: https://prnt.sc/iKbIyChKsPEQ. If you don’t have that option on some of your sites, it is possible that the Elementor and Elementor Pro are not updated to the latest versions and you still see the old design.
