Design Library Patterns and Pages

    Design Library patterns and pages can only be added to pages through the standard WP Pages interface, and not by using the site Editor. (Kits, however, can be added using the Editor).

    Is this by design and I am mis-understanding the FSE or page-builder workflow?

    Or is this a bug?
