 * When I use the HD QUIZ plugin on my website, repetitions appear in the answers
   and I get an error decoding error.

 * 1. Your site is caching the older version of HD Quiz. Please clear your cache
   so that the new version can be loaded
 * 2. You can fix the decoding message by either reinstalling HD Quiz (it was an
   oversight on my part) or by simply going to the HD Quiz About / Options page 
   and pressing “save”.
