 * Anyone please help me to detect WP theme of these websites ( whatismyipaddress.
   com & whatismyip.com ).
 * 
   I already tested with several theme detector but couldn’t found the information.

   I have basic knowledge of bootstrap, Javascript and PHP. do you think it’s enough
   to start using UnderStrap + WP?
