 * Running this plugin, it’s showing several plugins that have been deactivated
   and deleted from my website. I’ve verified that the plugin folder is gone, yet
   P3 is finding these plugins and reporting that they are an impact on load time.
   Is there another WP file where I could look to remove plugins that are somehow
   loading in memory even though the plugin isn’t present???
 * Thanks,
 * Oak
