Determine recipient according to zip code

    Hello girls and boys, I need your light.

    I understand it’s possible to determine the recipient according to one list (bu using : CEO|[email protected])… BUT I need to determine the recipient according to one TEXT FIELD (zip code)… Idealy, by slices.

    Exemple :
    The prospect inserts his zip code : 13120
    I would like to send the message to [email protected]

    If the prospect inserts his zip code : 85036
    I would like to send the message to [email protected]

    ….. idealy I would like send message to [email protected] WHEN the prospect insert a zip code between 13000 to 13999.

    How can I do that please ?
