# .dev.cc changed to .test

 * I was having access locating my local .dev.cc site. After searching Google for
   help, I was able to locate it. I changed the site name from “name.dev.cc” to “
   name.test” which I was led to believe would help me find my site better. After
   hitting submit, the result said, “This site can’t be reached. Check if there 
   is a typo in www. name .test”
 * I immediately clicked back and tried to change it back to “name.dev.cc” but it
   keeps saying the same thing. No matter what I click.
 * How can I fix this?

 * changing domain names in WP is not very simle and you need to cahnge at least
   two settings, siteurl and home. But often you need to do a scan of teh databse
   and change entries there.

 * thanks Alan. I figured it out; I needed to access this site via Laragon and not
   from my browser.
