# Developing plugins' system

 * Hi,
 * I’m working on a plugin’s system. There is a Core plugin that is a main one and
   many dependent plugins that use Core code base. Core plugin is like a framework
   for other plugins. The main idea is like at Jetpack plugins system.
 * The question is what is a proper way to upload these plugins to WordPress plugins
   repository? Is there a correct order? I mean that Core plugin doesn’t do anything
   seeable but another plugins will not work without Core. And if I will send Core
   to plugins’ repository they can say that “What is it for?”, but if I send anothe
   dependent plugins first plugins will not work without Core.
 * Did anybody do such uploads before?
