# Device categories not working?

 * Hi,
 * Using MonsterInsights for a couple of moths now. But all GA4 traffic is assigned
   to Desktop? Nothing is assigned to other device categories like mobile.
 * Because I’m running an Google ads campaign I know there should be traffic from
   mobile devices.
 * Anyone who has the same problem (and knows how to fix this)?
 * Kind regards
