# DHL plugin: Error creating label

 * Hello, 
   based on the settings, everything should normally be correct. When I 
   create the shipping label manually on the DHL website without using a plugin,
   it works. I’d like to create a DHL shipping label in the plugin for a parcel 
   being sent from Germany to Switzerland. I select “DHL Europapaket (B2B)” and 
   then this error message appears: Error creating label:**Error :**
    - ( customs.shippingConditions ) : Please enter the type of postage.
    - ( customs.shippingConditions ) : The type of postage entered is invalid.

   den Einstellungen müsste normalerweise alles richtig sein. Wenn ich das versand
   label manuell erstelle auf der DHL webseite ohne plugin funktioniert es. Beim
   versand von deutschland in die schweiz möchte ich ein DHL versand label im plugin
   erstellen. Ich wähle aus “DHL Europapaket (B2B)” und dann kommt diese error meldung:
    - customs.shippingConditions ) : Please enter the type of postage.
    - ( customs.shippingConditions ) : The type of postage entered is invalid.

   DHL customs data for this specific shipment type and destination combination.

   a plugin-side fix is needed.

 * We found the issue and the fix will be included in the next release, coming very
   soon.
 * If you need it right away, you can apply the fix manually:
 * 1)Open this file on your server:
   wp-content/plugins/dhl-for-woocommerce/includes/
   REST_API/Parcel_DE/Client.php2)Find this code (around line 300):
 *     ```wp-block-code
       if ( ! empty( $request_info->shipment['mrn'] ) ) {$customs['MRN'] = $request_info->shipment['mrn'];}
       ```
   
 * 3)Add these lines directly above it:
 *     ```wp-block-code
       if ( ! empty( $request_info->args['order_details']['duties'] ) ) {$duties = $request_info->args['order_details']['duties'];$customs['shippingConditions'] = 'DDU' === $duties ? 'DAP' : $duties;}
       ```
   
 * 4) Save the file and try generating the label again.
 * Please note: this manual change will be overwritten if you update the plugin.
   The proper fix will be included in the next release so you won’t need to do
   this
   manually going forward.

 * Hello, I’ve tried to do this via WordPress. I can’t seem to get there. I’m not
   very tech-savvy and don’t know how to customise it. I’ve tried to access this
   log.
 * On the Plugins page, I didn’t see anywhere where I could edit the DHL plugin (
   my link)/wp-admin/plugins.php
 * I’d appreciate a quick plugin update. I haven’t managed to do it myself. I don’t
   know much about servers. I don’t have any staff; I do everything myself for the
   online shop. This is all a bit too much for me. I’m telling the customer that
   the order can be sent to Switzerland in the next few days.
